Maria Trolle

In Maria Trolle’s bustling world of imagery, you encounter vibrant animals, lush blooms, and subtle, whimsical humor. For those who look closely, the illustrations hide layers of details and surprises waiting to be discovered by both children and adults.
In addition to motifs from the picture books Surely Sally Seal Can Sleep!, Surely Lillis Fox Can Sleep!, Upward, Upward!and Who Am I?, a number of standalone illustrations with a focus on storytelling are also displayed.

Maria Trolle was born in 1981 and is based in Stockholm. She graduated from Berghs in 2006.

The exhibition runs from April 22 to June 4, 2023.
