Minikockarna

The amazing story of how a bunch of smart kids rescues their family restaurant from downfall, and defeats their evil aunt.

The family restaurant goes badly. Customers disappears. The bank withdraws credit. Everything feels hopeless. Former chef and restaurant owner Amina has tried all roads but it looks dark. Now it is all about saving what can be saved and finding new ways. Amina gets an offer for a job at her friend Joy's restaurant. But that means that she and her children (Agaton 8 years, Sofiia 11 years and Samir 13 years) have to move. Leaving life in Malmö, their friends, the school, is the last thing the kids want and also move to a small town in Norway that they have never even heard of. But Amina is determined and stuck to her decision and travels north to find accommodation, schools and try to work for Joy for a month. The children stays in Malmö and their neighbour Harriet moves in as a babysitter.

Crisis creates creative actions and now it is important to, against all the odds, save the restaurant!

This leads the children, including some of their closest friends, to start this rescue project without even knowing what obstacles they will face. Inspections, suspicious teachers, moms who calls and checks in, purchases and orders of food and alcohol and also an evil aunt who turns out to be a real villain. These challenges and much more make our young heroes welded together and develop into a fantastic team! And that of course SAVES THE RESTAURANT, even though it sometimes looks impossible.
